Topsy Turvy Triangles
This is a one-block quilt made entirely of scraps with a solid center. Blocks are made with 2.5'' strips (pieced outer triangles) and 3.5'' strips (center triangle pieces). Blocks look best when center triangles are one fabric and 2.5'' strips contrast with center fabric. These triangles make a complex looking quilt, but are very quick and easy.
Placemat:
6 Strips of different coordinating colors - (2.5'' x Width of Fabric)
1 Fat Quarter for centers (a solid works best)

Stashtools Topsy Turvy Template Set consisting of 2.5'' Trapezoid T1 and 3.5'' Triangle T2 is required for this class. If you do not have them you may purchase them from Threaded Needle. Please have 2.5'' strips cut prior to class. |
